These Subscription Plan Entitlements (“Entitlements”) are Additional Terms under the Intrinsic Platform Terms of Service and are part of the Terms. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in these Entitlements have the meanings set forth in the Platform Terms.

This document describes the entitlements and quotas for various Intrinsic offerings, including Developer Subscription Plans and Operating Subscription Plans. The specific provisions set forth below apply to you only if the corresponding Subscription Plan is expressly listed in your Order Form. For clarity, the scope of your Service entitlement is limited to the specific subscription type (e.g. Developer Subscription or Operating Subscription) and the specific plan (e.g. Small or Medium) identified by the Service name in your Order Form. If a Subscription Plan is not listed in your Order Form, the section of these Entitlements describing that plan does not apply to you.

1. Developer Subscription Plans

1.1 Entitlement and Quotas

The Developer Subscription grants you access to the Platform Resources, entitling you to design a digital twin, develop processes, and run simulations. This allows you to design, build, and validate robotic solutions (referred to as Your Solutions in the Platform Terms) in a simulated environment and test them on real hardware before running them in a production mode. To run Your Solutions in production, an Operating Subscription is required.

Developer Subscriptions are provisioned at organizational level and include an unlimited number of seats along with shared quota allocations for VM hours and storage, as well as credits for training ML models.

The table below outlines our Developer Subscription Plans and their associated quotas. Quotas apply at the organizational level and are shared collectively across all seats. Please note that these limits are automatically enforced.

1.2 Quota Definitions and Usage Rules

Seats. Seats represent the total number of individual Flowstate user accounts your organization is entitled to create and use. While all Developer Subscription Plans include an unlimited number of seats, each seat must still be assigned to and used by a specific named individual.

Storage. Storage refers to the total amount of Google Cloud Storage (GCS in GB) used by various data types, including solutions, CAD models, and assets. You can clear up storage space at any time by deleting these items.

Virtual Machine (VM) Hours. VM Hours refer to the compute time used to build, run, and validate Your Solutions in the cloud. VM hours are consumed when you open a solution and continue to accrue while the solution remains open. To stop consuming VM hours, you must exit the solution by closing your browser or navigating back to the Flowstate Portal. VM hours are not used upon logging into Flowstate or accessing the documentation. VM hours are enforced on a monthly basis and reset on the first day of each month. Once your allocated VM hours are used, access to the Platform Resources will be temporarily restricted and you will no longer be able to open a solution in Flowstate using a VM for the remainder of the month. Please note that if the quota limit is reached during an active session, the session may be immediately terminated.

ML Training Credits. Training credits are consumed whenever you train an ML-based single-view or multi-view pose estimator in Flowstate. Each trained pose estimator consumes a single credit. Training credits are enforced on a monthly basis and reset on the first day of each month. If the credit limit is reached, you will be unable to initiate new training jobs until the limit resets.

1.3 Subscription Management

You can view your organization’s quota limits by visiting the “Usage” section in Flowstate Portal at https://flowstate.intrinsic.ai/project/intrinsic-prod-us/org/intrinsic/account. Intrinsic may send email notifications when you approach specific quota thresholds. However, these notifications are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. You remain solely responsible for monitoring your usage to prevent service interruption.

If you are interested in upgrading to a new Developer Subscription Plan, please contact your Intrinsic Account Manager.

1.4 Applicable Terms

All Developer Subscription offerings and use of Intrinsic’s services are in addition subject to the Intrinsic Platform Terms of Service and applicable additional terms available at intrinsic.ai/legal/terms-policies-directory.

2. Operating Subscription Plans

2.1 Plan Structure

Operating Subscriptions are required to deploy and run Your Solutions on real hardware other than for temporary testing as permitted under the Developer Subscription.

Our Operating Subscriptions are tailored to specific industrial solution types and workflows, e.g. CNC Workpiece Handling) (“Solution Types”). For each Solution Type, we offer different Operating Subscription Plans based on the available features, enabled capabilities, and operational quotas.

Specific entitlements for Operating Subscriptions are defined in the applicable Order Form. If you are interested in procuring an Operating Subscription or upgrading your current Operating Subscription Plan, please contact your Intrinsic Account Manager.

2.2 Applicable Terms.

All Operating Subscription offerings are in addition subject to the Intrinsic Platform Terms of Service, the Intrinsic Robot Operating Terms of Service, and applicable additional terms available at intrinsic.ai/legal/terms-policies-directory.
